Prepare Your Tickets
It’s time for hockey! Log into your account and get your tickets ready for the game.
All tickets are loaded into your My North Dakota Account. Use your email to log in and view your tickets. You’ll need the correct email and password for your account. If you have the option listed on your tickets, add them to your Apple wallet or Google Pay for easier access upon arena entry.
Troubleshooting: Because it has been a few months since most have logged into your accounts, there may have been some updates done to the app or updates pending on your phone. For optimal use, make sure your phone is all up to date on software within your phone (found in Settings). For app updates, if you log out of the app and log back in, that seems to pick up all of the updates done to the app.
Reminders:
- If using the app, select “Fighting Hawks Tickets” from the menu (three horizontal lines in the upper left-hand corner), sign into your account using your email address tied to your season ticket account (the same email address you are receiving this message with) and your password.
- Once in the account, your events should pop up right away, if they do not, click on either “Tickets” or “My Events”, which should bring up the tickets. If it doesn’t, double-check to ensure the correct email address is being used for logging in.
- If you are unable to use your tickets or you want to share them with someone, click on the “Transfer” button and enter in the recipient's name and email address.
- You may also post your tickets for sale if you are unable to use them by clicking on the “Sell” and set the price for which you want to sell them for.
If you have any questions or problems, please contact the Ticket Office at 701-777-4689. You may also stop in at Ralph Engelstad Arena (M – F, 10am-6pm and Sat 10am-2pm).
